Way to fix and remove outgoining links with saved browser

Hi,

I use Firefox to save websites into HTML Complette version. I get an html and a folder with the picture and so on.
I would like, that this websites do not have any outgoing links. Is there a good way to remove it?

First I used text file patcher to remove https:// or http:// strings. But some remove pictures and the site rip sometimes when I patch this strings. Is there a good way?

Is there a very good Website-Crawler to save/convert the website local for offline reading?
