If you use ffmpeg to process your video, use the map_metadata=-1 option to remove all metadata. I don't know if TikTok checks metadata, or what it checks in particular, however.

Maybe someone has an idea - does TikTok check metadata and if some metadata variables give more trust ?

if you are using iOS, then in appstore you have few meta tags removers
they working same like ffmpeg
