    The armani watch? The closest thing I could find was on ebay, just search Meccanico. The watch that it comes up with when you search that is very nice.

    The pictures of the de GRISOGONO watch come from horlogerie-suisse.com ("horlogerie suisse" = "swiss cloak-making" in french ;) )
    And they are not selling from the website, these kind of products are only sold in shops, unless someone resell them on ebay, but my advice is not to trust those sellers.
    Maybe you can find such a watch in some luxury shop in your area (although I don't know where you come from), but most of these luxurious swiss watches can only be bought in switzerland...
    (And by the way, for most of them, you just can't imagine the price of those gem ;) )

    Ahhhhh, now I want one to, that's pretty fabulous. Looks like only 150 or so are even being made.
