Watermarking yes/no? || new method to gain?

big accounts don't post their own photos (mostly) so if by luck they share your photo with your watermark then you'll gain quite a lot! I find several accounts through their watermarks.
but as said above, it's copyright (ish) if it's not your own photo..

I have seen TONS of HIGH accounts 100k+ uploading watermarked things...

also like people said here, If you copy a real girls model pic for example, and put it as your pic on insta with a watermark of yours...that could be bad....

but if you watermark like a goat running with a dog on the back and watermark that, dont think that would be an issue at all....i mean who cares??

I have also seen people watermarking different jokes / videos that aint even theirs... but still they watermark and they are still alive....

so i think getting u in trouble would only be if you copy peoples photos, and claim its yours...or pretending to be you...then IG will ban I think...

I think that's the main issue tho, what about those accounts with one million followers and so on that constantly post other users content? What happens to them, if things really worked as how we talked above then would't almost all of the high profile accounts on insta be gone or be getting suspended from left to right. There has to be a way that the avoid these DMCA copyright claims no? It all just seems to sugar coated and easy right now, and Im not believing this too much considering that there are so many Instagram accounts that do this. For example almost around 95% of popular big accounts don't post original content. Soooo
