watermark on an image?

Is there any way to modify (or remove) a watermark on an image, for instance this old http://hawlergov.org/files/gallery/large/010408070751.jpg has a watermark in the middle and I would like to remove it, is this possible to do?

Real answer, no. It is not possible. The only way to really remove a watermark, would be to PhotoShop it out, basically creating those parts of the image again on your own.

This was really an old image, I watermarked it and upload it a while ago...
now I can not find my own original image!!!
The reason of asking is that I want to use that image on another domain and I want to modify the watermark to match the new one!!
