Watched threads

Is possible to create different options for watched threads? Like Facebook:
A. Option to save the thread
B. Option to receive notification and not save it
I know the answer is always to save it in your browser but i have hundreds of bookmarks and i've reached 53 pages of saved threads where i can't find anything or taking hours to delete various threads from the list everytime

In another thread, I posted about how you can turn your watched threads page into a "favourites page", so perhaps you can give that a go.

No, you can watch threads you haven't replied to by clicking that "watch thread" button at the top of each thread.

They're threads you've replied to or added to your watch list; they're threads you're interested.

With a bit of tweaking, I suppose you can convert your watched threads page into a "favourites page". To start this process, go to your preferences page and uncheck the "automatically watch threads..." box.

From there, go to the watched threads page and click on the "Show all watched threads" link at the bottom of the page.

Once you can see all of your watched threads, you'll want to unwatch ALL of your threads. There's an option to do this in one click in the upper-right corner of that page

After that, you can use the page as a way to save your favourite threads by manually adding threads to your watch list. You should still receive alerts whenever someone quotes your posts or likes your posts in threads you aren't watching so long as you don't mess with the alert preferences settings.

Thanks for the reply Zwielicht, i already had "automatically watch threads..." box unselected, what do you mean to manually add threads to the watch list? When i stop watch the thread i stop receving notification too. Most of the time i never reply when i watch(save) the thread or want to receive notification. Last year when i was cleaning the watched list to delete the threads that i only wanted to receive notification from the one that i wanted to save it took me more than a hour, If i'm right there is no option to search in the watched list

At the top of every thread, there's a watch thread button you can click on to manually watch a thread when you have that box unselected or choose not to comment in a thread.

But yeah, there's no option to search that list.
