Guys I have little knowledge about Facebook, but there are services where we only enter Facebook page and we receive RSS updates. Do not want to promote names but they exist. Probably they use some master Facebook account but it gives us free mind of not having account, worrying about random bans and re-adding all groups and pages.

this is not possible. if you don't have a fb account you won't get anything from it.

I think some of the groups can be seen without an account, but I think it is only limited. Why not create an account instead.

If the posts are in public groups, you'll probably be able to access them using the URL link. but I find it very difficult and complicated

Is video verification necessary if we only want to view, no commenting liking or ads? Is it always triggered after some time?
