Watch lots into resale

Hey all

had an idea to buy watch lots and resell as is

think there could be some potential but

shouldi be looing for speicifc brands (hamilton, seiko) or buying in bulk

or like looking for the right materials like gold or white gold

should i list auction style or buy it now

not sure if its even profitable, just curious what others have done

Focus on buying bulk lots of specific, repairable mid-tier brands like Seiko or Hamilton where you can easily source parts, then clean, service, and sell them individually as "Buy It Now" with clear photos and service details for significantly higher profit margins than selling untested lots at auction.
