I agree with Grizzy, there isn't much you can do to get their site shut down.
I got scammed a few years ago for a $1000 specialty pc card and software I needed for doing harddrive recovery. In my case the scammer was a Malaysian company, but that's pretty much the same as an Indonesian company. Everything seemed legit with the website and I'd even done some checking before making the purchase. I didn't find them on any scam lists, but sure enough the guy decided to stop making shipments of this particular product after I made my purchase. After that happened I looked into the principal's of the company and found a trail of previous stuff. Sometimes even if you do your due dilligence, you still need to look further. I'm very skeptical of any international businesses now. You really need to check everything not just on the company, but anyone involved in the ownership.
Fortunately for me it was a paypal purchase and I funded the purchase from my bank account. Paypal said they couldn't do anything about it, but when I called my bank they had no problem reversing the transaction and putting the money back in my account immediately. A few weeks later paypal sent me a letter saying they had found in my favor on the dispute and returned the money. Funny how much more helpful paypal becomes if your bank take the money back from them. LOL
