Was wondering why cannot post in Downloads

You need a certain amount of posts to be able to post links.
When you have reached that amount the system will let you post links.
Participate in discussions on BHW and make meaningful contributions, it 's as simple as that.
Just keep in mind that some sections will not increase your post count.

I just noticed you posted the same thing in the Introductions section which I commented on. In the future it's not necessary to post the same subject in more than one thread.
