Hey man, that's rough...I try not to spend any money lol. I've been tempted plenty of times to rent a nice office. Perhaps you can start cold-calling tomorrow and try to rustle up some business...with the right mindset, you'll be back soon enough.

My view on SEO does not change drastically. One thing I learned and I know is the key to long term success is having control to direct links pointing to your money site. I will definitely keep this as manual and as clean with top quality as possible.
I am no expert and I consider myself as a beginner .. but in my opinion
SEO is what you make out of it. There is no recipe for success but rather a trial process depending on the niche you are in. I have yet to find my way.. I am making 2 sites more as projects where I will invest maybe $500 in total on PBN links to test waters in regards to my whole link portfolio. Saying that, the buying of links i will do once my foundation is in place.

That's why I say you can never only depend on SEO nowadays. You need to somehow get constant buyers or members to your site who come back no matter how the rankings are. Also get a good social media campaign going using twitter, youtube, facebook. SEO is not the only way to get targeted traffic.

Us algo sufferers legitimately need to form a group. I had to go on benefits to not lose my house last October. I'm not sure if you use SEO services like OP or me but we need to help each other find services which can likely provide rankings that stick!

Unfortunately, there is no blackhat SEO service that can provide rankings that will stick. Only whitehat services do that and they are way more expensive and take more time to produce results. Also, you have to build an authority site or a business to use whitehat SEO services because they won't accept micro niche sites.

You've learned a good lesson that one must 1. save, 2. save, 3. save! Also, you've a winner attitude and because of it you will bounce back, I am sure about it. Of course, for most of us, especially on the internet and especially for those who wish to stay long on it, there are no easy ways around -- until your method succeeds and you know what works. Then you can find more easier ways around the working method. Some guys are lucky in finding the shortcuts, or knowing those shortcuts from the experts, but I like it when you are the first one to find it on your own. Good luck! Do well!

You should have waited more before committing to office lease and staff... Sites come in ranking and after few days or some time in 1-2 months they go out of ranking... You can't plan long term business based on that... You need to keep working on getting that ranking fix and get ready with backup site asap in case you loose ranking you don't have to start from scratch...
Anyway you already knew that and will do better next time... every body learn from their mistake, I have done similar thing in past...
Also as Mickey suggested Rev Share is better then flat lead selling so you might wanna look in that direction also...
