Sorry to hear that but this was going to happen sooner or later. If you are going with spam then eventually your sites will tank, if not today then tomorrow. It is kind of an over kill to lease a 2k/month office based on BH income of 2 months. Instead, hire VA's and work out of your home. If you continue to do spam then save up and be prepared to get taken down any time. It's not smart to make big decisions based on churn and burn income, kind of hard to believe someone would really do that.

I really wish people would have listened to me. Hiring crappy SEO services from India that outsource their work to Fiverr isn't a good strategy.

Next time don't rely on crappy backlinks and you won't have this problem. I spent the last year digging my sites out of a hole from the last Penguin update. All of them are back on top that were hit from Penguin. Everyone told me to ditch the sites and give up, glad I didn't take that advise. I spent a fortune on link removals via linkdelete.com but I'm already seeing a return now that Penguin was rolled out.

You see the latest Penguin variation is nothing more than a refined v2. That means they used the disavow data to refine the algorithm further and identify easy Web 2.0 style sites to punish. Not to mention of all the mass produced links in between.

Moral of the story is that you can recover your rankings but it isn't as easy as using some cheap Fiverr service or SAPE links. You need to undo the damage created to rank again.
 
@OP: Sorry to hear about that, this happened to me few years ago. But the story was quiet different. Google deleted my blogspot's blog that was making me $20/day. That money was enough for me at that time. :)

I'd suggest you to learn up the things again and try not just to rely only on Google.
 
This is why I have more than 1 traffic source at any given time. Things change constantly in IM.

I'm sure you'll come back stronger than ever.

Seems like you learned a few lessons many of us have been taught already, props to having a great attitude to rebuild.

"A bird in the hand is worth ten in the Internet bush."

Many people go rags to riches overnight, then back to rags just as quickly. You will have many sleepless nights if your only traffic source is SEO.
 
Hope you have an emergency fund. I always live by the rule to pay all of my expenses for at least 1 year in advance before I commit to any expenditures.

If you are are really motivated & smart what happend in the last months - making easy money because of Google and losing the traffic because of Google- will be ( 1-2 years from now) a thing.

You gamed the rules once, you will be able to do it twice, BUT next time do yourself a favor and invest those money in a white-hat long-term business.

Eh shuddupp. Guy made 7k a fucking month off a "crappy SEO service from India that outsource their work to Fiverr". He's perfected the churn and burn strategy without even knowing it. Buddy would've took some of that cash and made 2 more sites. $210/month for a $20k/month profit. I could only imagine
 
If you want to make a living out of IM you need to learn 2 things rather quickly, never, ever put all your eggs into 1 basket and always be prepared for a negative impact on your business.
 
7k months is a high roller man. You can't be rude to be unsatisfied :D .

I think you rented an office too quickly. As a fledgling internet marketer or at least someone who isn't a veteran yet, you probably don't need an office.

I'm pretty sure every blackhat SEO has lost their income to Google updates. I have as well, but I've never given up. You've made a wise decision to try again.

Perfected the churn and burn strategy, something he'll be proud of after he has to give back his new office and fire his employee.

He can either do something about it and fix his sites that were making $7k or continue down the churn and burn path.

Some of us prefer to build sustainable SEO and not need to lose there shirts with each algorithm update.

It just means next time his 7k/month sites go down, he can use that money to build up more and more sites, it's about learning from your mistakes and applying them to your future endeavours. He now knows not to get an office or hire anyone just yet, but everyone makes mistakes.
