When was the last time you have done link building to it , its possible people may have passed you if you took a break?

Yes, when you log in on google it will skew your results. Did you check if the movement was on a rank checker too? Also, this might just be the dance, don't panic and build links. I have a feeling that if you build links while it is dancing, you will get yourself a algo penalty.
