Hi,
I just purchased a product via the W+ network and I didn't do research before purchasing (yes, yes, it's my fault, I know) because I was blinded by the beauty of the product that I purchased and wanted to buy it ASAP so I can promote it myself to get 100% of the commission instead of the $50 that was being offered to affiliates.
So, I purchased the product and when I wanted to access the purchase I was taken to a 404 error page and that's when the realization that I might have been scammed hit me because at that point I also checked the root domain that the salesletter resides on and the root domain doesn't exist either. So, I think I just got scammed.
And the worst part is that I've paid via credit card instead of Paypal and now I don't know how to take my money back, I will probably have to call my bank but I dread having to do that because of how many questions I will be asked and - worst of all - the fact that I have to beg a retarded machine to put me on with a human, so yeah...
Also, I did send a message to the email address that was associated with the product I purchased but since that email also belongs to the non-existent domain I don't think I'll ever get any answer to it.
To be honest, I wouldn't care about that domain existing had I gotten the product delivered, as it comes with PLR and MRR rights, so I would know what to do with it, but the problem is that I don't have the product
Anyway, to get the point... I wanted to contact W+ support, but I can't find any human to talk to, only "support" articles, "support" chat which I assume will be handled by the AI because why the fuck not?... there was also a link to some kind of "facebook community" page but since I don't use FB I don't think I can access that...
And now I'm wondering, does any of you know of a way to contact the HUMAN customer support (if such a thing even exist anymore) at W+? Or is that thing not possible anymore?
If that doesn't exist anymore can at least someone help me get that product in some way (I will only share it via DM), or know how to get my money back without having to call the bank?
I need any option that can help me solve one of these 3 issues, so please share the tips if you have them!
I will be waiting until tomorrow (and it will feel excruciatingly long by then as I feel like I'm sitting on needles right now), hoping that the vendor replies. If he doesn't reply, I don't know, I can report his product on W+ but I don't know what good this will do to anyone as the guy clearly doesn't seem to care about his W+ status...
So yeah, please help if you can in any way!
Thanks!
PS: or if you know how I can find the personal email of the owner of that domain, I would be OK with that too as I can contact him / her directly at that email address, and ask for the product in that way.... I did check WHOIS but I didn't find anything useful in there besides the fact that the domain is registered with Hostinger...
So, please give any useful tip that I can cling onto, I'll gladly take it
