Hi,

I just purchased a product via the W+ network and I didn't do research before purchasing (yes, yes, it's my fault, I know) because I was blinded by the beauty of the product that I purchased and wanted to buy it ASAP so I can promote it myself to get 100% of the commission instead of the $50 that was being offered to affiliates.

So, I purchased the product and when I wanted to access the purchase I was taken to a 404 error page and that's when the realization that I might have been scammed hit me because at that point I also checked the root domain that the salesletter resides on and the root domain doesn't exist either. So, I think I just got scammed.

And the worst part is that I've paid via credit card instead of Paypal and now I don't know how to take my money back, I will probably have to call my bank but I dread having to do that because of how many questions I will be asked and - worst of all - the fact that I have to beg a retarded machine to put me on with a human, so yeah...

Also, I did send a message to the email address that was associated with the product I purchased but since that email also belongs to the non-existent domain I don't think I'll ever get any answer to it.

To be honest, I wouldn't care about that domain existing had I gotten the product delivered, as it comes with PLR and MRR rights, so I would know what to do with it, but the problem is that I don't have the product :)

Anyway, to get the point... I wanted to contact W+ support, but I can't find any human to talk to, only "support" articles, "support" chat which I assume will be handled by the AI because why the fuck not?... there was also a link to some kind of "facebook community" page but since I don't use FB I don't think I can access that...

And now I'm wondering, does any of you know of a way to contact the HUMAN customer support (if such a thing even exist anymore) at W+? Or is that thing not possible anymore?

If that doesn't exist anymore can at least someone help me get that product in some way (I will only share it via DM), or know how to get my money back without having to call the bank?

I need any option that can help me solve one of these 3 issues, so please share the tips if you have them!

I will be waiting until tomorrow (and it will feel excruciatingly long by then as I feel like I'm sitting on needles right now), hoping that the vendor replies. If he doesn't reply, I don't know, I can report his product on W+ but I don't know what good this will do to anyone as the guy clearly doesn't seem to care about his W+ status...

So yeah, please help if you can in any way!

Thanks!

PS: or if you know how I can find the personal email of the owner of that domain, I would be OK with that too as I can contact him / her directly at that email address, and ask for the product in that way.... I did check WHOIS but I didn't find anything useful in there besides the fact that the domain is registered with Hostinger...

So, please give any useful tip that I can cling onto, I'll gladly take it :)

not possible anymore, they've removed all support methods except for the FB page which I don't use. They're even mentioning everywhere they can that now the disputes are to be resolved between me and the vendor and if I happen to buy from a vendor like this I will just get ripped off and nobody cares... Pretty shitty affiliate network to be honest, they used to be good in the past, I think I have over 50 products purchased via W+ (some of them refunded, but most of them not), but 15 years ago they really cared about their members. Now it's just a cash grab with as little involvment as possible, I don't think they even visit their own site anymore, they probably have a technician employed that keeps the rip-off machine going and the owners are somewhere on a beach sipping coke and planning their next scam...

Call your bank to start a chargeback,
as much as I loathe having to do this I think it's my only option at the moment :(

Do you know whether there's a set timeframe during which I need to initiate the chargeback? Because I was thinking of doing it tomorrow just so I can give the vendor 24 hours to reply, but if tomorrow is too late I might do it today...

shoot, the 30 minutes just expired and I can't edit my last thread anymore. If any of the mods wants, please merge this reply into the previous one so that I don't double post!

Anyway, surprise surprise! I just got contacted by the vendor and being offered to have a salesletter created for me free of charge as a bonus for purchasing that product (he told me that the product doesn't come with a salesletter by default), so now I'm in shock and awe! I swear that I never saw this coming :)

Also (and I blame this on me again, even though I'm not fully responsible for it because I lose my rational thought and spirit of observation when I'm angry) I just noticed the vendor's personal email straight on the product's page *facepalm* . I swear that I've not seen that thing before... well, I did see it, but I never bothered to click on it because I assumed it links to the non-working email (but which - apparently - it actually works since the guy just replied to me from the "non-working" email)

Anyway, I'm going to deal with his reply now, and hopefully things will sort themselves out from here on out...

Cheers!
