Ofc they do, but there is no real guide, it's all about ctr and retention to rank. But ofc you would want to have keyword that looks competetive and is realted to your video. And in the desc, you should mention the same words as in your title to have better seo.

Nah I wouldn't, only app that was connected to the hijacked account was morningfame. So, I don't really know any other way anybody could have acces my channel, since I had 2fa and google authenticator on and there was no login attempts from random devices. If the morningfame staff didn't do it, then their system is hacked.
