This looks like a phishing mail. You shouldn't login using such mails.

Hey, this actually a REAL email. It usually happens when you create a ticket/send an email to [email protected].
You might be thinking "well I didn't create a ticket", but when you report a post, comment, profile post, PM etc., this creates a ticket for us (a custom setup by me
) so that we can check the report out and action it quickly. You don't need to do anything, it just means that you can check the status of all of your tickets. Please do not spam the email address or block it, or you'll have issues with 2FA, BHW emails and support tickets too. If you have already, open a ticket from another email address explaining and we'll sort it out.
