Thanks for this and sorry about tickling an old thread! I am trying to post a new thread in the Freebies/Giveaway forum giving away few free 500 words article (no sales whatsoever) however have triggered the moderation system! How do I go about this? Rest assured there are no smileys, contact info sharing et-al. Or am I doing something overtly stupid! Any pointers guys?

Same situation here. Can anyone reply I have received this message:

Read out all the rules and regulations.... Now I'm going to make a freebie giving away thread.

What if someone wanted to giveaway free accounts for a new service? Like first 500 accounts free?

What if someone wanted to giveaway free accounts for a new service? Like first 500 accounts free? It says in no way you can direct them to a website which is how they would sign up and manage their accounts. Should I wait till I can offer this on marketplace?

Freebies isn't really for that - your talking about a marketing strategy, but freebies section is really to give without any ties, and just out of good will.

Some freebies or giveaways are being offered for a limited time period and or maximum number of people; will you consider to close
"reply window" of all these kind of expired posts or threads. It will help members to find out all the new and active posts up in the row and keep them away from writing on the dead posts that causes bump to useless threads.

Good rules. I agree completely with everything stated and promise to do my best to adhere to the guidelines.

Hi,

I am looking for an admin/moderator of the freebies section, I tried PMing the OP of this thread but his inbox is full.
Please let me know if you can help.
Cheers

What if we Offer quality service for free and Ask the Community to Donate to us . I mean Not insisting. Just Mentioning Something like " Donate" . If this is against the rules?

I've read the rules and still a little iffy if I can post. I want to offer free honest verified Amazon product reviews on products(since most pay for this) that have a coupon code for which is either at a free or under $1. I would do first 5 people would get 5 reviews on 1 product or 1 review on 5 products. I would post the product in my amazon product review group and give code out to them. I would not ask for anything else in return just the codes needed. Would this work in this section?

Dear Pofecker,

I am bit confused after reading the rules and i want to clear one thing before posting any thread for freebies.

Question: May I ask the user to leave an honest Review on my Thread after receiving the report?
For example: I give away 2 Articles and after sending the report May i ask user to leave a Review on my main Thread Present in SEO linkbuilding section?

Looking for a reply.

I have a service that helps SEO consultants find leads and want to give away a few free accounts. But the problem is that it requires people to register online? So is it against the rules to ask them to sign up and I will turn these accounts free in the backend? There is no way to give it free without getting their email somehow.

Hi Jericho initially it seemed to be a great pro idea to offer free copies of our new RetargetRazor Pro software to affiliates. Now it seems as if I would probably be called a repwhore and possibly get banned. Can you tell me if it is possible for a new member to make a post on BHW about a new product launch and to recruit affiliates?

Regards, Ron

Just came back to subscribe to the thread

Just read all the rules and I wanted to clarify one thing...

Certain Torrent sites requires an email to provide the invite. Will I have to post any disclaimers of any kind or will this fall under the ''don't post under any circumstances'' category?

Thanks in advance!

To clarify before I post, if I made a program for users to manage their social media accounts and have a paid version and a free version. I'm only allowed to publish the free version in this section. Now if I wanted to sell something, I would have to apply for VIP? Do I have this correct?
