We're going to try out a new forum section here on BlackHatWorld that's dedicated to members that wish to offer something for free. (Freebies & Giveaways).
It's of the utmost importance that you understand and adhere to the following rules to the letter. Failure to do so will most likely result in a ban, if not an infraction that will hinder your ability to sell anything in the http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f73-marketplace/ section of the forum. For the sake of your account, if you want to sell an item or offer a service, just post in one of the two sections I listed above and follow the rules.
Furthermore...
It's possible that more rules/guidelines will be added in the future. The staff will edit the THREAD TITLE to "Warning - Rules before posting here (Updated xx/xx/xx). It's YOUR responsibility to check the rules when you have an active thread within this section.
If you need YOUR thread closed, please hit the REPORT BUTTON on your original post and a staff member will delete it for you.

- You will be forced to accept the conditions of this thread in its entirety before posting. There's a check box on the bottom of the screen that says "I Agree". This will prevent anyone from making any excuses for ignoring them.
- ALL threads and/or replies published in this section REQUIRE whatever you're offering to the community to be 100% FREE OF CHARGE.
- You MAY NOT collect any information (in any form) from BlackHatWorld's members. This includes, but is not limited to, emails/user names/instant message details/etc. In short, there's no list building allowed.
- *Know now that we will be checking the private messages of ALL members that post threads within this section to assure the rules are being followed.*
- There's times where you will have to Private Message members in order to give them their free information, service, item, etc. They MUST request this within your thread first. At NO POINT are you allowed to direct any member to a website, instant messenger address, email address, form or signature. The member should get ONLY the information that fulfills your freebie/giveaway via PM REPLY. Anything else will be considered advertising/selling and you will be in violation of the rules.
- NO 'Want to Buy' - 'Joint Ventures/Partnerships' - 'Requests' are allowed here in any shape or form.
- Contests / Sweepstakes are strictly against the http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/misc.php?do=vsarules on the forum.
- Begging for free stuff is not allowed in this area. Doing this will incur an infraction.
- If you are offering a software product, it must be of your own making. Offering
- "warez", or any software that is owned by another company or individual is not allowed.

POST COUNTS, REPUTATIONS, SIMILES, & [VIDEO] tags and ICONS are ALL DISABLED within this section to prevent abuse.
** This section is a test to whether or not we can have this type of offering here on BlackHatWorld. I hope that everyone that participates in this will "get the drift" after reading the rules and not abuse it. If you get a PM that does not conform to the rules, hit the report PM button.
