warning on konker

Hello,

Just a warning to people who want to buy some service in the website konker.

After buying a service, you don't have a buyer protection (like you have in fiverr). So if the seller gave you something wrong, (or like in my case,the buyer just wrote he will send me something in 2 days, but i never received), you loose your money.

You have no garantee, neither by the seller, not by the website konker (there even don't have a contact form...)

Just a warning from someone who used this service

Just use PayPal to chargeback.

Konker can't do shit about it

but it's just a warning.
Because in the website konker, it's 100% garantee, but in fact....no
they don't even reply.

What do you expect from Alex Becker

In one of his videos he said konker's business model is not at all profitable to him so he is just doing this for fun of it.

So beware

Bought a service from konker a few weeks back, apparently their site has been hacked and payment has been rerouted.

1 man support team giving generic advice, despite the large amount of users affected.

Only way to get your money back is dispute on paypal.

Konker does not store or hold any payments. Once a buyer places an order, the money goes straight to the seller's PayPal account. So if you are having any issues with the seller, you can only do it via PayPal. Your Buyer's protection is via PayPal and not Konker because Konker does not hold your money.
