Warning on Downloading from Torrent from Internet Provider

Hi, I got warning from my ISP on downloading from torrent.. I was downloading some movies from torrents..
I was just wondering if someone have a solution..I would like to know if there any way that my Internet Provider did not monitor my download history.

Use a seedbox or vpn and you won't get notices from your ISP.

Go to purevpn or some other place and download. Or better yet, get your own server and tunnel your traffic through it.

best is to use your own server plus a vpn to download. (homemade seed box)

pleb version is get a vpn. i use airvpn.

also allows you to stream geolocked content. good for sports from back home
