From the looks of it, there's an issue with the contact page. Is it missing completely? If not, i guess the data is insufficient.

If you haven't intentionally done anything, it's possible your theme is screwed in another browser or on mobile and the ads are getting overlapped with content units etc. Try your site in a few browsers, stretching and shrinking the window size and see if anything looks broken

you're lucky that your account is not ban, just always follow their guidelines

you can disable some of the plugins and re do adsense ads on your site

If you have received the notification regarding page content, then you should remove the content from the violating pages or site. Or if you have received the notification regarding the method ads are employed on your site, then do the required changes in the implementation would be the best option. They will automatically review your site again after 72 hours.

best way is remove that page which violates terms and condition of adsense otherwise your account will be banned
