but Mb kept his money, leads were good quality, and mb just stole his money and keep it in their pockets. Thats biggest problem

It's right there for everyone to read, and you are agreeing to it when you sign up. End of fucking story, if you don't like a networks terms, then don't bother signing up and go find one whose terms you do agree with.

According to the op, the advertiser was happy with the leads. A win-win situation.

I'm not sure about you, but 6 Gs isn't chump change.

If you can post the dates when you received those emails, I could give you my insight. Sometimes they are looking at statiistics, they see you have been sending a lot of traffic that converted, and they want to get you to push it. However, when that time of the month comes when advertisers review leads, they send a report - that's when your network knows the insights about your leads.

It's a tough situation.

MaxBounty (despite what some people have said here) *is* actually a credible network, otherwise people wouldn't use them in the first place, and we wouldn't see a wide array of affiliates saying good things about them.

At the same time, regardless of the TOS, I really think there is actually a case to be made when dealing with a $6,000 payout being withheld when the advertiser says they are happy with the traffic. MaxBounty *does* bend the rules of their own TOS when a discussion is had between the affiliate, the AM and the advertiser regarding the traffic, as most networks do. So there is one mistake on the part of jason666 right there -- jason, why didn't you discuss your tactics with your AM and the advertiser before you sent the traffic, or at least after you got a payout to make sure everything was ok before moving forward? Maybe you were scared you'd get banned, but the truth is that most AM's (even the ones at MaxBounty) are more likely to appreciate your concern than look down on you for it. Communication is key, just like any other relationship in your life, so that is something you maybe glossed over at your own expense. But I really do feel that MaxBounty is screwing you here. It's very unnerving to see.

So, can you provide some sort of proof that MB was paid by the advertiser? I don't ask for my sake, or the sake of the BHW community so much as for your own. Cuz if you can prove that, you might actually be able to take them to court. It certainly would be worth the consultation with a lawyer.

This times a thousand. Anyone claiming MB scammed, stole, or cheated the OP is being ridiculous. OP broke the rules, he admits he broke the rules, and he agreed to not being paid for breaking the rules. It doesn't matter if the leads converted or not. He broke the rules he agreed too.

There are simple solutions to that as well.

a. Come up with the money and start your own network, that way you can do whatever the hell you want.
b. Send clean traffic or at the very least get prior written approval before sending questionable traffic.
c. Get out of affiliate marketing.

BHW sometimes just get ridiculous, this's blackhatworld anyway, so we've got to protect our "blackhat activities" and the network has to pay for that "blackhat activities".

When I send a network blackhat traffic and they ban me, I would never ever question why.

Honestly I can see where the ones defending Maxbounty is going with this as far as the TOS goes but there is a huge difference between BH and Fraud and people need to understand that. And a second point as being pointed out earlier in this thread is Maxbounty is very vague as far as their TOS goes and its a thin line you are on when pushing traffic to them, but on the other hand you could of threw that idea out there to your AM that you are indeed running that kind of traffic to give them a heads up so that also plays a role in it as well. But nonetheless, $6K is nothing to actually pass up if what you are saying is true. I would say fuck going back and forth with Maxbounty and go straight to the advertiser and see if you can work out an agreement to get something out of this ordeal so you can keep pushing that golden traffic to them. Once they realize your worth they will do whatever it takes to get you back up and running again.

Summary:

• OP isn't claiming he did not break their TOS
• OP isn't claiming MB didn't have the right to suspend his account without payment at any time
• OP has stated he suspected MB was trying to milk his traffic, fully aware of it's origin
  (ie. their plan was to get the leads to convert, because they were good for the advertiser, and then ban him because of TOS).

No need to try and attack OP's reputation or send the discussion in different directions, while discussing things that have been made clear already. OP had a suspicion, suspicion was proven right (if the new information he provided is true). It's really as simple as that (IMNSHO).

The important thing many of us have to remember is that, statistically around 16% of people have an IQ between 80-90, 7% between 70 and 80 and 2% under 70. This really is something I remind myself of whenever I encounter repeated ignorance despite plenty of information being available.

Basically around 20%(1 in 5. Shocking stuff) or so of the population are under 90 which is pretty low really and at that level people have a hard time retaining information from written sources, connecting the dots and forming logical conclusions based on presented facts.

Anyway, I just thought I'd remind both myself and the people here who are face palming at a couple of the ignorant posts in this thread. Sometimes there's just no point in dignifying certain people with a response because you're essentially wasting your time.

On another note, this is why many of us make major bank. I for one am extremely grateful that 20% of the population are borderline retarded. $$$$$$
