[WARNING: I'm noob] How to incentive traffic?

Hi! I registered in a cpa network and got accepted a few months ago. I'm using some ads in my nich, youtube, etc. I also used the e-whoring tactic, but my gains are not too much. I saw some campaigns which allow to incentive traffic... and here we go: I understand this as I can motive people to register by giving them something like money or game coins... But I don't have any ideas about how could I do this, I don't have a popular website nor a popular game... Any ideas?
