i just came across this... seems this guy got lucky! :cow04:

"Yesterday I downloaded the Five Armies bit-torrent. Today I got an email from my ISP informing me that my IP address had been recorded as downloading copyrighted material.

I don't download a lot of torrents, and I was a bit surprised at how quickly my ISP was notified, and contacted me. My ISP advised me to make sure that my wifi network was secured."

Anything connected to Warner Brothers is monitored, you would get that notice from any torrent site.

I would recommend getting peer block if your planning on torrenting in the future

I figured they were being monitored when they went down and then suddenly came back up a few months later.

I never download from demenoid, it was good few yrs ago but not now.

well this is case in normal countries you should just use vpn and no worry.. i had friend payed 1500 euro in germany for download some material from torrent. however i not have this problem where i live and i download directly alot movies.. have 30-35mbps speed.

with vpn traffic is encrypted so your isp dont see what you doing

Use Paid IP for downloading or some Hide IP tool.

Was it the ISP charging the guy a fine, or was it an extortion from a DMCA company?
