Warned by Fiverr - Too Funny

Its automated, as far as I can tell.

I got a similar message just for putting '.com' in one of my descriptions.

lol i get people like you on fiverr every day and i make 10k per month so i just ignore messages like that and sometimes report them. Once you get many orders it becomes your work and you dont want to work for custom services that will bring you 100 bucks

This makes absolutely no sense at all my friend, if you have a decent gig and even if you contacted half of the people you worked with for re-orders and charged them the same price but without fiverr's cut, you'd be making an extra $1250.00 a month on basic $5.00 gigs alone, not including Paypal fees. Besides, we pay more than $100 for what we need done.

You make $10k per month on fiverr gigs? Ok. Lets break that down.....

At $4 per gig

2500 gigs per month
83 gigs per day
And if you work on gigs 12 hours a day, thats almost 7 gigs per hour.....

You have been a member of bhw since 2010 and you are not a donor.....

I agree with ShadeDream, but if it was me I would have gone ahead to take that extra step and risk.

LOL, that $10 reg fee for WF must have been too much for you.

Add some extras for each GIG $5, $10, and $20.

If he is level 2 seller.

We live in a fucked up world where everything appears to be farcical and scam, so more and more people are becoming pessimistic. It's not his fault, but that of his surrounding and experiences. If he have had a bad experience while dealing with such a customer then he'll wary of such dealings. So, when you knocked his door, he couldn't see an opportunity because his eyes were probably covered by his past experiences which might not have been good.

Leaving this aside, there might be a possibility that he was among those noble people who are contended with what they have and don't want to take short cuts (or opportunities knocking at their doors as short cuts).

All said and done, he can't be termed a fool, but the entire incident was definitely a funny one but at the same time it also teaches us many hidden things.

Cheers :)

I bet that guy puts on a condom OVER ANOTHER condom during sex.

And 2 condoms with wonder bread wrapper when doing it with hookers.

Seriously... some people.

lol do i have to show screenshots or what? I receive like 100 orders in week days and in weekends about 60-70. I am one of the top sellers and I work about 8 hours every day. And about making no sense, actually it makes sense. I mean, why would I put in risk my 10k per month for $xxx.
And also, when you get that many number of orders on Fiverr, it is like I get kind of automatic. Maybe it is my problem, but lets say that I prefer dont make $200 more to risk my job and also it is easier to dont put time on that because Fiverr already takes many hours of my time.
I would appreciate that the haters wouldnt make fun of me about that WF thing, I just wanted to tell the reason of why he didnt but apparently people just want to hear that they are right on everything they do.

Calm down jackie brown, BHW we gotta have a little fun sometimes. People have flamed and had fun at my expense too :D I've said it before and I'll say it again, people are gonna flame (including me from time to time) Don't pay attention to what other people think of you. If you are making money, then that should be the only thing that matters to you :)

Okay I will just take it like a little joke then lol np

So I've purchased a couple of gigs from a guy on Fiverr, he does a decent job and appears to know what he is doing. He never provided me with any direct contact information so I used the "contact seller" link to see if perhaps the guy would be interested in working on bigger projects for me and my company, outside of Fiverr. We outsource a lot of business every month and although we are very happy with our suppliers, we are always looking for new suppliers to keep ourselves covered if our existing suppliers get really busy. Anyone who has worked with us knows we've been around a long time, we're loyal, we pay well and fast.

The guy reported me and we got a warning from Fiverr about trying to contact people outside of Fiverr! Now I do understand it's against their TOS and all that but really? You'd rather make $4.00 a gig instead of working on project that can pay 100X that and not take much more time?

I know the warning is just a warning and for the most part is meaningless, I guess I was just a bit shocked at the small minded thinking. Maybe he'll get an extra level for reporting me and make a few more $4.00 gigs.

<Rant Over>
I used fiverr and there are competition , people go to any level to suspend other account ..
So He prob thought you were trying to set him up by asking his contact details and if he will give his details to you you will report him . >>> so he reported you before you could report him.
This happen with my friends competitor used fake accounts .

This thread is so funny that i cant breath x'D

Haha.. Reported by seller.. funny!
Well, there are also some blacklisted words that can alert fiverr support guys.
I don't think that seller is gonna get anything out of reporting you...
I have worked with many buyers who asked to work outside of fiverr!
Communication is easy outside and also one can save the 20% profit that fiverr earns of them.

I find it amusing how they think they're entitled to warn their customers about contacting people (A god-given right). Talk about arrogance.

i also have some gig on fiverr.
i found few buyer massing with their contact details who have joined fiverr 5-7 days ago!
I just ignore their massage!
in your case.....Seller got confused and protected himself by reporting you

this just happened to me.. ask a guy to edit existing citations i did to change the NAP.. asked for his skype and he reported me.. lmao what a fucking dumbass...
