Hello, I'm looking for some guidance on building an SMTP that delivers to inbox on business Microsoft accounts. My current setup is using Zoho with a 2 week domain with no abuse. I have all DNS setup for DMARC, DKIM and SPF but the emails still reach the junk folder, in outlook/gmail/yahoo. I saw several setups for domain reputation, basically sending emails, mark as not spam/junk then reply. How long do I have to repeat this until emails will reach inbox? The email body will have a link and a advertise template.

Are there any better methods? I used brevo in the past and it worked really nice but has since been down.

I currently send 10-15 emails per day, doing manual warmup, raising the emails sent per day.

What you're describing is using manual seed list.
The domain used for sending should be aged ideally.

One domain and IP not to be used for excessive mailing or it can get burned / blacklisted easily.

It would typically take 2 - 4 weeks to get a bulk ready for mass sending. What's important is being able to monitor the domain reputation aka how it stands with delivery.

Key info missing here is the origin of these email lists.

Not entirely sure what's meant by Brevo being down - the account was closed?

Anyway - doing this manually is very time consuming, it could work for a small bulk, but I'd suggest you use a warm-up service where you'll be able to automate it and track the progress.

Any warmup service you recommend? zphantom looks promising to me.

Warmy or IPwarmup, the first one will deliver better results and is more expensive, the second one is good enough to use in most cases.

run multiple accounts for outreach n warmup services def beat manual, tried doing it manually early on n its way too slow n inconsistent to actually build real reputation. wat worked best for us is keeping send volume low n boring for first month regardless of warmup tool, spam filters flag sudden volume jumps way more than slow domains. also dont skip dedicated ip if ur planning to scale past a handful of accounts, shared zoho ip reputation can get dragged down by other users you have zero control oveR
