Warming up new FB ad accounts?

Best way to warm up new Facebook ad accounts to avoid restrictions?
Warm up your account by creating a campaign with nature photos with a small budget after warming up your account for a few days start with your campaign

I usually start by running engagement ads with small daily budgets for a few days before scaling. Helps build some trust on the account and reduces bans.

slow and steady wins with Meta. Warm up first, keep things simple and clean — no wild claims or sudden budget jumps. Once the account builds a “trust streak,” scaling gets way smoother

Use the account like a real user first: add friends, join groups, post normally, and engage for a few days. Then launch small ad spends with safe niches before scaling

you have 2 options open it and act like normal using facebook and option 2 preserve it till your account was old

in my opinion you try to use
a clean proxy that has never touched facebook
account needs to be warmed up before posting ads
cover the product well (if it is BH)

- Act like a normal user first: fill out profile, join a few groups, post/share organically for about a week or more before running ads.
- Start ad campaigns with very low budget (e.g., $1-5/day) using safe objectives like engagement or page-likes, not aggressive conversion goals immediately.
- Use clean tech: consistent IP/device, avoid switching payment methods or ad accounts, choose a previously aged page + verified business manager to build trust slowly.

From my experience, I currently have 3-4 BM with 6-7 Ads accounts. All you need good looking FB account. Then create BM, wait few days, create ads account, wait few days and add payment wait few days. Start with low amount and increase budget slowly. Remember one thing, slow and stedy wins the race.

Start slow, set up a campaign with a budget of $1-5 to start. Use an interactive campaign with nature or animals and keep it going for a few days. If you have a good account, you can use it normally after a few days. Sometimes there are powerful account sources that help you start your campaign immediately without having to warm up the account first.
