- Use clean tech: consistent IP/device, avoid switching payment methods or ad accounts, choose a previously aged page + verified business manager to build trust slowly.

From my experience, I currently have 3-4 BM with 6-7 Ads accounts. All you need good looking FB account. Then create BM, wait few days, create ads account, wait few days and add payment wait few days. Start with low amount and increase budget slowly. Remember one thing, slow and stedy wins the race.
