Warming up Gmail

I was banned from Adsense, and I want to open a new one with a new gmail but I read somewhere here that I need to warm up first the mail and not open an adsense account right away after email creation. ( cant find the thread cuz it was a while ago ). Can someone explain how to warm up a gmail ? Thanks

just do like thats your own gmail account. i mean like your main gmail account. connect in some social media using that gmail. do some emailing. just do it like your private email.
