Can anybody elaborate a bit about the process of warming up the account?

From my understanding you have to spend some ad money on the safe page, then add the cloaker to the money page.

yeah, when you activate the cloaker, if you don't redirect you can use the same link and it'll show the user your money page instead of the safe page

so basically you don't necessarily have to create a new campaign (ads) with a different link for the users to see your money page. it's a setting in the cloaker (at least in jci)

Warming a Google Ads account is done when one intends to ultimately run a blackhat campaign or rather "convert" a whitehat campaign into a blackhat campaign.
In a blackhat campaign, a safe page, a money page and a cloaker is involved.
There are 2 ways to go about it : a risky way and a less risky way.
1) The risky way : "Converting" a whitehat campaign into a blackhat campaign. This requires more of account warming. In this, one creates a safe whitehat campaign with safe keywords, with the safe page and lets the campaign run for 3 to 5 days and then adds the risky keywords and again lets campaign run for 3 to 5 days and then adds the risky ad copy or changes (edits) the running safe ad into the risky one and if all goes well, then they enable the cloaker to drive the Google Ads traffic to the money page.
Many people still do the above even now, without realizing that Google Ads has beefed up their algorithms and flags such incoherent changes or additions made to keywords and / or ad copies, hence accounts getting suspended. This method is of no use nowadays and is just a waste of time.
2) The less risky way : Intention is the same : You want to run a not allowed blackhat campaign : Requires no account warming. One does a research of what are the "alternative" allowed keywords to use in order to attract traffic (clicks) from the desired search audience & likewise add negative keywords to filter out unwanted clicks : This requires in-depth research and creativity, so if one is unable to do this step, then one needs to hire an expert for this keyword research.
Alright, so the "alternative" keywords to run the campaign are ready, then create the ad as per the keywords. Make sure the keywords, the ad headlines, the ad descriptions AND the safe landing page are ALL exactly & precisely in TOTAL sync with eachother. In other words, DO NOT have keywords about tomato, ad headlines about tables, ad descriptions about watches and safe landing page about bananas. These are NOT in sync, ALL must be in very very very close sync with eachother.
If keyword is "potatoes" (for example only), then ensure that the ad headlines, the ad copy and the safe landing page are ALL ONLY about potatoes & nothing else.
OK, so now ad also was created and is running, then just enable the cloaker, and that is it. If the cloaker is good enough, the ad / the account would run for a few weeks and in certain cases even for a few months.
NOTE : To increase daily budget safely, it is best to use the automated rules option and set it to increase not more than 20% daily.
All the above is good enough from a beginner's or intermediate level. Ofcourse, more experienced people have some advanced techniques as well, which they have provided hints towards in various threads of the https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/google-ads.83/ section. So, please do also read various other threads to get furthers ideas or atleast further hints.

Really good intel. I was thinking about these two approaches.

The problem that i ran into:

Headlines, Description, Kw, Safe Page are in sync, but the user experience (as per Google) on the landing page is below average. The landing page (safe-page) is a static bullshit page with some text and games so user that come on the site through the ad are bouncing fast.

For this reason my ad is not showing any more, eventhou my bad kw are approved.

I think I should add some goals in the campaign so google thinks that the traffic and campaign are good.

if your ad is not showing, but account is still live, try increasing bids

In second way u mean that It is more important that the keywords match the titles and descriptions than that the keywords, titles and descriptions match the safe page. Let's say if I use a branded key and it's not blocked by Google Ads, then I'd better make sure that the keys and headings match the black page rather than the safe page?

if the keywords do not match the safe page that Google moderation will see, you will have small relevancy that can dont give u no impressions

If I we're to write the GA Code.

I would make sure that the Titles, Description, KW and Safe Page all match, meaning having the KW in the Safe Page. So when the code scrapes everything, it finds in relevant and it shows it to people.

Promoting a Safe Page with just "T-shirts" and having the AD creative with "Rings", won't deserve to be seen by the users. Let's say this is what I'm testing now.

it worked.
