Warming accounts via API

I know its best to warmup accounts in general by hand, but since i have +200 accounts on my bot, thats gonna be an issue. So i have implemented a warmup feature, which makes the accounts do random likes, scrolling feed, watching videos etc. But doing it via API will it then be a waste of time? Or does it actually help a little bit?

API warmup helps a little, but not enough platforms detect bot-like behavior. Real browser actions - API scripts if you want accounts to survive.
