Just start with a small # of actions and slowly increase.

ive been warmming my accounts in instagress first and after 3 days i plan on bringing them into followliker. I tried to put them fresh into followliker and i had to verify sms.
This is my technique.
Day 1 - Edit bio, name and follow like 50 a day.
Day 2 - Put in your link and follow 100 a day and throw in some likes.
Day 3 - Follow 150 a day, 2-5 comments and a few likes.
Day 4 - Follow 200 a day and I continue like this until I hit 500.

Great technique, a little high in my opinion, but if it works for you then why not!
I would maybe add a day off in one of those 5 days, no activities, just let it chill.
Yeah, and then I warm them up to 1000 if I decide to do churn & burn and they'll survive for 2-3 days.

Accounts currently running ~2wks with link (Doing Cpa). Never had pva/ban yet.
My technique:
Day 1 - Bio, pic, 50 follow/ day
*Then I just put MassPlanner to increase by 20 a day until 700*
Day 4/5 - Add link
That's all. 20-25 follow/day increase works great for me.
Also these accs are not aged - I create them myself.
If you have aged accs then I assume you can amp it up a bit more in the beginning.

They will need PV after a while and this is very risky. How long have you been following this warm up technique?

I had great results with uploading a lot of pictures also.Upload like 20,30 pictures before you start doing any actions.

Hmmm really? Oldest account been running 2weeks after link was put in.
I really do believe that they're other variables that come into play with tasting the ban hammer. Follow/ Unfollow levels surely can't be all like everyone assume.
Other things I do which might probably contribute to my 'safety':
- I post 2pics daily within the 1st week of account creation. After first week I just let them go full bot mode and make me my money.
- I respond to almost all DMs daily (I get alot - depends on your niche I guess)
- I don't use url shorteners. Saw too many ban complains because of them. Just not about taking the risk, since I don't really care about traffic tracking
- Massplanner setting are more on the slow side as well. Also, I don't run it 24hrs like many. I give it a lil 'sleep time'.

All of my accs are getting banned with only 50 followings per day
Probbably bad proxies! So many bad proxies providers around! Instagram really stepped up the ban game end of 2016.

Could be bad proxies, bad account provider or if you're creating them yourself then bad creation method, etc.
You need to recheck yourself and find the culprit(s), because that is not normal.
