Any video/utube script where the user can submit videos &/or video embed codes...if its user submitted you can cover your ass plausibly with "safe harbor"...this is why rapdshare, megashare, youtube, etc don't get taken down...its a legal loophole.

I'm sure you can workout how to get all a few users to signup & submit videos

so basically, if "someone" hires a freelancer to do all the uploading, then the this "someone" should be ok, since the actual submissions was from the freelancer?

Yeah its not legal as i know, and you can get sued

as an aside, limewire just got shut down by the courts after losing a suit filed by the riaa.
so, yes this is a risk.

If you are still working out how to get paid without them being able to track who you are, follow these steps:

1- Make a paypal account with fake details
2- Register 2 accounts on a freelancing website (one for each of your paypal accounts)
3- Get paid by your CPA network into your fake paypal account
4- Set up a request on the freelancer site using the account your fake paypal is linked to. Send the funds to the freelancer site
5- Answer the request on your real account
6- After a few days, tell the freelancer site that your request has been completed.
7- Your funds should now be sent through

Note: This method was taken from the ebook "PayPal Domination"

there are plenty of places that won't help american authorities find you (china, turkey, etc.) but it depends on what you are doing.

I'm sure they would do if a legal process started. You can even get sued for linking to a warez forum from your site.(at least in some countries-but most companies prefer going after warez forum not linking site.)

lol after reading this thread i am confuse now.
i upload movies games music etc stuff to hotfile.
and post it to my wp blog. i have put a DMCA Policy.
so i am the only one who is uploading and posting to blog.

so is there something i am missing to stay on a safe side.


P.S. : can i post my site link so you can check n tell me if something wrong.

I had been doing some checking on this. Norway is a member of the following international copyright treaties:

Do you happen to know the specific criteria for criminal and/or Civil claims in regards to movie streaming? Would you please share?
