Yes it has been done on blogspot!

Warez/Porn on Blogspot is NOT doable as per the Norms. However there are warez/porn blogs on Blogspot already. So, no one will ban you for it... but do not complain when your blog is gone one fine morning all of a sudden because its against the rules and they can ban/delete your site anytime they want. Wordpress is strict with this though!
