there is any warehouse in USA that I can send them a big amount of goods.
and than to send it by them in small quantity to customers?
that with fair storage and shipping costs?

Yes.
What do you define as a big amount of goods. You are looking for a fullment centre similar to amazon fba.

Shipping costs will often be what you have setup with the shipper. So if you have an account with fedex they would use your billing number to ship the goods. at any rate here is one company you can look at

Sorry, but 200 tshirts is not a "big amount of goods" as the post originally stated. I would be surprised if you find an economical solution to this.

If you do, please update us. Might come in handy when I plan to move small quantity of stuff.

what your looking for is a fulfilment center. something like amazon. and yes there are these companies, just google them. or you can use amazon
