WAP Pay Per Call Resources?

I'm looking to start making at least $50 a day through Pay Per Call on a very limited budget. (Under $100)

I've watched Justin Elenburg's talk in one of Greg Davis' events and I've been searching google for more information on getting started but I'm finding it difficult to find any resources.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for really understanding WAP Mobile Pay per call marketing?

I'm looking at starting some Bing Ads, but I'd like some tips on choosing the right offer for the lowest price just to get the ball rolling.

I'd also love to chat with anyone who's done this already.

WAP targeting has been removed from Google and BING - but the same customer that has WAP, is likely on the cheapers telcos - so target the cheap telco in your media targetting.
