Wanting to try a method; is it legal?

Hey guys, I'm currently thinking of doing Youtube+PPD so make a little bit of startup cash. I've searched in the forums search bar and found a few threads about it, and most of them say to cut clips out of some videos and reupload them.

Isn't that illegal since it isn't your content? How can I do PPD+Youtube legally without chance of getting sued?

It is not legal.

That being said, most likely your youtube video will be taken down and your youtube account shut down.

Dude if you are feared of getting sued then u quit aiming IM moolah and step forward with a local job. u aint gotta sued for almost anything except the real crime things and even if u'd then u'll prolly one among a quarter million ones who allegedly violating copyright
