i wouldnt bother with PPD... you can make better return with making a blog about something you like (your hobby/profession) + youtube videos,add adsense to both
OR make raterded videos like Pewdiepie and make $10k+/month

learn and earn. lurk about a bit in the forums and "read". there's a lot to learn. search for a method that suits you best. experiment. before spending on anything, study up in the different sections of BHW. Good luck.
