Also games must be wholesale price, legit. And I mean legit as in 100% authentic, sealed, NTSC format.

Are you looking for newer games or older ones?
I prefer newer ones, but my wholesaler right now says $50 is the cheapest I can find any game. I'm not for sure if that's true though. But really either, as long as I can profit.
