[WANTED] Wordpress User to tweak and customise my Blogussion Theme for Thesis

Hey all.

Just want some work done of my Blugussion Thesis theme.

I've got a lot of other blogs to do right now, and I don't have the time
to tweak something that isn't standard Wordpress.

I need top navigation buttons created, a number of pages (about 8-6) created WITHOUT content - just blank, linked to those buttons.

I need the appropriate amount of sidebars with functional widgets - they are already uploaded. I need them spaced out on the page as per a pic I will send to you.

I need the background colour of the post part of the page changed, and the available fonts changed (I love Arial lol).
