Hey everyone,

Our company is experiencing growth and we're looking to take on ONE more SEO person into the team, the other person being me. I'm moving to a managerial & supervisory role.

You'll be in charge of complete on page and off page SEO strategy & implementation. What does this mean? In clear terms this means:

1. Analyzing pages on our website and making sure its optimized for the keywords
2. Tracking organic traffic (increases, decreases and WHY it happened) - including SERPs for our "money keywords"
3. Offpage SEO (link building).
4. Reporting on what you did.

I know this has left a ton of people salivating - "AWESOME, FREE MONEY!". Let me stop you right there. I'm an SEO myself and have been for 4 years. I've tread on the light side AND the dark side of the force.

You will not be able to BS me. I know my shit, and I expect you to know yours.

Here's who I don't need - if you plan to do any of this, I beg you to not waste your time, or mine:

1. Blackhat SEO. We want slow, steady and long term rankings. Don't even bother. I was a blackhat SEO guy. I can smell blackhat a mile away
2. Sub-contracting this SEO work. Don't bother. I'll find out the moment I ask you for your reports.
3. Automated posted / spun content spammed over the web. We track each and every one of our backlinks.
4. Attempting to pass off no work by BSing me with jargon and making excuse for no results. Buddy. I ran an SEO company. I know every single bit of jargon and excuses out there, having said it to about 10 clients each month

I also expect you to have great communication skills - you will be on conf calls with the whole team which are based out of USA, Spain, Bali, India. Your spoken and written English is going to EXCELLENT.

What I'm looking for is an honest, driven SEO who wants our company to grow while receiving fair compensation and a chance to work in a multi-million dollar business. We're all super friendly, communicate over Slack, send funny emojis and sometimes cat GIFs to each other.

The starting compensation with be a few hundred dollars a month - we can talk about what that exact number is once you establish yourself to me. Once you prove yourself by showing us tangible spikes in organic traffic, this compensation will be duly adjusted.

Does this sound like you? I'm excited to get in touch with you. Leave your Skype ID here. This is going to be an adventure of a lifetime - Hope you're on board!

So many whitehat seo guys are going to bombard your inbox Op. Brace your self...

You come across as representing a multi-million dollar multi-national company with offices all over the world but your post history pops up this little nugget on the 2nd page of results.

"I've seen decent conversions for my Clickbank promotions - but I'm still frustratingly close to breaking through that much coveted $100 per day ceiling."

If you want to be white hat and completely above board why not name the company you are hiring for?

The irony of "Your spoken and written English is going to EXCELLENT." isn't lost on anybody here. Sounds like a scam.

People that have an "excellent" grasp of English aren't going to be working for you for slave wages of a few hundred PER MONTH.

Fair enough. Check the date on that post. And check my final post on that thread as well. I appreciate you doing your research :)

Also - my day job (for the multi million dollar company) has no connection with my private sites & the income I generate through them by Clickbank and Amazon. Thanks for pointing that out - I believe people should know the distinction.

EDIT:

Good point about the few hundred a month.

1. You wouldn't be working 8 hours a day. I'm not tracking anyone's time. All I'm looking for are results. Some people can get it done in a hour a day, some might take more than a few.
2. A few hundred dollars a month are an excellent supplementary income (way more than I had when I was struggling with IM) - it's a credit card payment, a loan instalment, grocery bills. You call it slave labor. I call it improving the quality of someone's life. It's all relative. I understand that you might be used to a level of income 100x of that and scorn upon such money. I was paid $200 a month for working 14 hour shifts in my first job. So, I don't. Neither do a lot of people. They're who I'm looking for. But I appreciate your inputs on this

Increase your budget OP if you want "someone who know his shit",being an SEO for 4 years you should know that for some hundred $ you will only get shit services, don't you?

Not to be rude but i'm calling fucking shenanigans.

If you are serious about hiring quality work from Asia that is one thing, but to suggest a multi-national company with millions of dollars in annual turnover is doing somebody a favor by hiring an SEO "expert" for a few hundred dollars a month is absolute bullshit, you should be ashamed. Stop trying to take advantage of people.

If this was a legitimate job opportunity you wouldn't duck and avoid naming the actual company.

The fuck this gotta do with whitehat seo when you are doing linkbuilding?
