Wanted - Twitter Friend Scraper

Does anybody have a Twitter Friend Scraper? I am looking for something that will scrape millions of Twitter usernames and output them in a .txt file. Something where I could import a whole list of URLs of high profile people on twitter and it would scrape all their followers usernames.

no but it would be very easy to write using twellow.com , just twellow,com+keyword and xpath scraping.
