Hi my BHW friends,
I am printing a flyer to send to my business (b2b) clients featuring the
"top 25 marketing tips" for 2010 and going into 2011.
I have a list I have started of both offline and online tips. Looking for suggestions of some of your most creative and effective marketing tips and trends if you have any.
Here are some examples:
1. make use of social media (facebook, twitter)
2. use press releases, there are many free press release websites
3. make sure your business is in g--gle places and on g--gle maps
4. put your URL on all communication, electronic and print
5. branding is important, a recognizable name and logo for example
6. target your ad dollars to your potential customers, dont waste money on shotgun marketing like billboards and yellow pages
7. strategic partnerships with related businesses and complimentary services helps save money and build referral sources
etc, etc, etc
Would love to hear some of the suggestions that you either use or see others using. Feel free to just post them as replies and I will compile the best ones down into a list.
