Wanted to give away stuff but got some weird message?

I was creating a give away thread, but when I tried to post it it said that I have to accept some agreement and that was it...I guess the give away thread wasn't auto approved for some reason...anybody knows the reason? Wasn't using word Fuck in the thread...

there is a tick box that you have to tick on the same page where you make the thread, all you have to do is tick it and then submit, it will be auto approved.

that's fucking annoying when you try to post freebies and you first have to check that box when you 'preview thread' and then again when you submit it ...
