[Wanted] Looking for someone to create our own proxies

Hey, we're doing automation and botting on a Spanish government website but the biggest problem is that they only allow IP's that are from Spain.

We've tried rotating residential and static IP's from different services but some are either too slow, expensive or don't even open the website.

Some success that we've had so far are from static residential IP's but if we want to buy in bulk then it'd be too costly for us.

We're looking for someone that create proxies for us of Spain location. It is something we don't have expertise in.
