WANTED-experienced mailer that has their own mailing solution

If you have your own solution for mailing...meaning you have a VPS or a dedicated server or whatever it is that you send out from, i have roughly 150-200k new email records coming in daily that i put through a cleaner as soon as they hit our API. So it usually comes out to be around 150k usable. We would split the commission 50/50 and that is pretty much it. Any mods want to jump in here and rattle off some great guys to work with then that would be cool.
