Heya,

throwing up some sites for fun, profit, and cloaking on Google Ads. Meaning low amounts of traffic, but many hits, and a bunch of Domains soon to be.

What I need though is SUPER-fast, and low footprint. Meaning many IPs that are not blacklisted.

Recommendations?

You will not be able to fins many-many IPs. The amount of them is limited and the demand is high and due to that prices for them are not cheap and can't be cheap at all.
