Wanted: Bulk Email Server & Ip's?

I need a server for bulk mailing as well as multiple ip's to rotate every other day. If you have experience w/ interspire thats a plus.

I will also pay you to set it up. I need to be able to login to interspire via my domain, upload my list and hit send.

I need to send 5,000,000 mails a month to my list of 300,000.. so roughly one every 2-3 days.

I am looking for exactly the same, if someone has some interesting
solutions i would be also happy for some informations

Update: I still need this. I have a temporary solution but the delivery is terrible... If anyone out there can help me out, even sending 2 to 3,000,000 a month I can live with that.

I have a database, not a harvested list.

I may have a server up in a few days that will do this. I might be able to set it up to send mail thru a private proxy so you have a different IP. What database you using? SQL, Access other?
