[ Wanted ] Blocked From Requesting Facebook Name Changes (too many attempts)

Our company rebranded in June, and have not been able to change our page name on FB since.

We tried doing it ourselves a few times, then tried Support Concierge. No luck.

Now we know the trick is to change it gradually - change to a new name with the old name in it, remove later.

However, our page has been blocked from requesting name changes for 2 months now - and Support Concierge cannot remove the block for us.

It looks like the block is permanent??? Does anyone have a solution to this situation?

Like 3 times by ourselves within a couple weeks

Then like 4 times through Support Concierge over 2 months

I think they blocked out ability to request name changes after 3 attempts - and no matter how much evidence we provide (screenshots of follower comments asking why the page has old company name, press releases about the rebrand, etc), Support Concierge is entirely useless and is not authorized to make any judgement calls - they can't even remove the block on requesting name changes.

Anyone have any ideas about what to do?

NVM we fixed it after appealing the decision in "Page Support Inbox"
