Wanted a Partner/with a newbie mind but experience

Hi all,

So I have an idea for a website/membership/forum. It will be targeting newbies- that is why I need a newbie mind.

On the other hand I need someone with experience with the above and marketing a business.

This site will need to create value for the customer. I don't want a crap site where members drop off the face of the earth.Keep customers happy and they refer friends. I want the site to be a little white hat/black hat and somewhere in between.

What will I bring to the table?

I have experience setting up 2 offline businesses (1 service & 1 retail) & 1 non profit organization.

I have run an Ebay business with over 800, 100% positive feedback. I have done some article marketing. I have created 17 autoblogs and recently sold them.

I have software up the wazoo for everything that i can think of.

I will purchase the domain.-I have a few ideas for it & they are available.

I will work on site setup.

I will find/create materials for the site.

I already have hosting.


What I need from you:

An ear to bounce ideas off. Someone a little familiar with setting up a membership site and familiar with aweber integration. Someone that can let their ethical side slide a teeny bit. Someone with great ideas that will integrate well with my ideas. Someone with patience-because unfortunately I have a night J>O>B, but have ample time to commit to this project.

I don't care how many posts you have.All I need is honesty and someone to help with taking action.

If needed I will be willing to write up a contract-I have a paralegal degree. Don't let that scare ya!

If you need to check me out- I can provide various sources as referral.

I would like to make this a fifty-fifty split of profits.

This is what I need:

1. Someone that is marketing & promotion savvy. Now I'm not saying you have to be a guru/but at least know some methods to promote products & membership site.
2. Someone that is both whitehat & blackhat IM knowledgeable-again not asking for a guru.
3. Someone that knows how to set-up and run a membership site or can get that knowledge fast.
4. Someone that is honest and not all talk-be up front with me. If you think an idea I have sux-please don't sugar coat it.
5. Someone to bounce ideas off of-I have tons of them.
6. Someone that can offer a long term commitment as a jv. I want to make this site and another that is sitting idle a success both monetarily and member wise. I would like my jv partner to enjoy that success with a 50/50 split for the entire long term commitment. In other words help me and I will be very generous.I truly like helping others. (And I do not expect you to give up your life or any side projects that you may have on your own-but please if you want to be a partner then dedicate the time needed-sorry I'm bitter)

Now this is what I offer on my end besides the 50/50 split.

2 domains purchased.I will pay hosting monthly until and when the forum gets too big for my host then we will need to get a vps? (think thats the right term)

The first site is started but will have to be put on WP so that I can help with site admin or unless the potential jv partner has a better idea.And because of previous issue with jv-the site is currently using a licensed vbulletin that is not mine.

I have no problem writing content & lesson plans but it would be nice if my future jv can write some as well. The first 2 lessons for the first site are written and ready.

Now I don't care what your post count is here or if you have jr vip status or whatever. If you have the qualities or skills that I mentioned and enthusiam for my idea (which I will gladly share through pm)-please pm me. I also have yahoo messenger so we can talk.

If anyone shows a strong interest I will provide the link to the first site so you can maybe envision what I'm trying to do.
